Implementation
The implementation is the runtime environment of the application conisting of hardware, software and parameter settings.
Defects in the Implementation can cause performance problems.
E.g. an overloaded server can cause a performance problem because the load balancer directs all traffic to this server instead of spreading the load equally over all servers in the cluster.
This can be caused by a software defect in the load balancer, a hardware defect or a faulty parameter setting.
